PointCard is a debit card with a high annual fee, but it used to regularly offer many strong spending cashback deals. As many readers may have noticed, PointCard’s offers have gotten much worse recently, so there is not much value left, yet it still charges a $99 annual fee, which is quite unreasonable in today’s market.
