Oracle’s U.S. subsidiary (hereinafter “Oracle”) is facing a class action lawsuit alleging that it unlawfully collected, compiled, and sold people’s online and offline data to third parties without user consent. Oracle denies all allegations in the lawsuit and maintains that its practices were lawful and disclosed to users.
By October 17, 2024, you must submit a claim using a valid claim form. Claim forms can be submitted online
or printed from the website and mailed to the address listed on the claim form. You may also call 1-888-255-4036 or email [email protected] to obtain a claim form. Although filing a claim is not required, eligible settlement class members who do not file a claim will not receive any settlement compensation. If you were affected, you may have already received an email, and you will need that email to file a claim. Please check your spam folder, and if you received an email, be sure to file a claim right away. The expected compensation amount is currently unknown.
