We’ll mainly introduce the China-access service and the global-access service. Mielink supports Alipay payments (under 500 yuan), which should be enough for most people.

China-access service

This provides a China IP so users can more conveniently access Chinese websites and watch video apps that are available only with a China IP. Demand is probably fairly high, and it is currently out of stock.

Global-access service

The global-access service is designed for users in China to access overseas websites. Please be sure to comply with the laws and regulations of mainland China when using it. Do not visit inappropriate websites. The cloud service can also be used to improve routing for different game servers, and you can test ping; it feels pretty good. There are three subscription tiers: VIP2（Little Sheep）, VIP3（Old Goat）, and VIP4（Big Bad Wolf）. The 30-day prices are:

  • VIP2（Little Sheep）: 25 RMB/30 days
  • VIP3（Old Goat）: 49 RMB/30 days
  • VIP4（Big Bad Wolf）: 88 RMB/30 days

If you buy annually, there are corresponding annual prices to review. The biggest difference between the tiers is traffic allowance. In my opinion, VIP2（Little Sheep）is enough for most people who do not watch a lot of action videos. It is sufficient for miles-and-points hobbyists and cross-border e-commerce. Heavy cross-border video users may want a more expensive plan. If you’re worried it may not work well for you, you can first buy 30 days and then convert to an annual plan later. Mielink will automatically charge proportionally. For example, I first bought VIP3 (because the VIP2 30-day subscription was out of stock), and after finding it worked very well, I quickly switched and upgraded to the annual VIP2 plan.

Subscribe to Nodes

When you start using it, you need to subscribe to nodes. You can configure this directly on the page. I didn’t have any special requirements and just picked one at random, though you can also get all nodes.

After that, you can see the node status. On desktop, you can simply activate it and use it directly. On mobile, select the node details and then choose “Click me to display QR code,” and you can scan the code with the mobile app to activate it. Overall connection speeds are very fast, and general browsing performance is also good.

Other Features

On desktop, you can also test ping and check your IP, among other things. In addition, advanced accounts have some special perks (Benefits Center)—the kind of perks you’re probably thinking of. I took a look, but I probably won’t need them, so I won’t go into detail here.

Drawbacks

Mielink has one small drawback: if your browser has a lot of extensions installed, you may be unable to access certain websites. You’ll know if you run into it. In that case, switch to another browser or another profile.
