Easy Freebie: Mastercard Adds DoorDash and Hello Fresh Benefits

Mastercard has added new benefits for all credit cards that run on its network, including DoorDash, Hello Fresh, and Lyft. This applies to all U.S. cards with the Mastercard logo, regardless of whether the issuer is AMEX, Chase, or anyone else. The specific benefits are as follows:

• DoorDash: New users get 3 months of DashPass for free (must pay with a Mastercard), plus $5 off the first two orders each month (expires September 30, 2022)
• Hello Fresh: 5% back on purchases, which can be used toward future orders

While this is only a small perk, it still has some value for people who can use it. My guess is that if you have multiple Mastercards, you may be able to register a separate DoorDash account for each one and get the free 3-month membership on each account.
