This draft had actually been sitting around for a long time and was never published. Unexpectedly, card linking is no longer possible now. There is still an international card option for buying vouchers in the app. However, you can no longer link a card, and previously linked cards have also been removed. Luckin previously had a very addictive refer system that let people keep drinking coffee for free. Ever since its Nasdaq delisting, though, it has basically stopped being free. The place that supports international cards is in the app, under Coffee Wallet. When buying vouchers, you can see the payment option.
At checkout, just select international card.
Starting around last week, it has no longer been possible to verify international cards. It feels like this was done intentionally by Luckin.
