JetBlue announced today that it will open its first-ever airport lounge, debuting at New York JFK Terminal 5 in late 2025, followed by another location at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Terminal C. This move is part of the airline’s “JetForward” strategy and is designed to meet growing demand for premium services. The new lounges will serve JetBlue’s top-tier TrueBlue Mosaic members. In addition, the airline plans to launch a premium credit card that will also include lounge access benefits.

The new lounges will allow JetBlue to offer a valuable new Signature Perk to its top level TrueBlue Mosaic® members and a benefit to the new premium credit card soon to be announced.

JetBlue President Marty St. George said, “Many customers have been waiting for JetBlue lounges for years, and we can’t wait to show off our take on them in New York and Boston.”

Recognizing the growing popularity of airport lounges, JetBlue will primarily reserve lounge access for its most loyal customers and premium credit cardholders. Complimentary lounge access will be available to the following customers:

  • - Cardholders of the new premium JetBlue credit card (details coming soon)
  • - TrueBlue Mosaic 4 members
  • - Business class passengers
  • - TrueBlue Mosaic 4 members and new premium JetBlue credit cardholders may bring one traveling guest free of charge. Additional eligible customers may purchase day passes and guest passes based on available space. All customers will also be able to purchase annual passes, allowing more travelers seeking to fully enjoy JetBlue’s award-winning experience to access the lounges. More details on lounge access policies will be shared in the future.

The JetBlue lounge at New York JFK will span 8,000 square feet, while the Boston Logan lounge will cover 11,000 square feet. Both lounges will incorporate the airline’s signature blue brand elements, along with local and regional artwork, personalized decor, and practical amenities, and will be organized around three distinct areas:

  • - Lounge and play: A place to relax and socialize, where JetBlue blends fun with functionality in the lounge experience. Guests can also enjoy complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the full bar, including custom cocktails made by bartenders.
  • - Work: Private workspaces designed to keep travelers connected and powered up, with fast free Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets, and complimentary coffee bar drinks.
  • - Relax: Friendly hospitality with complimentary food and beverages. Guests can unwind alone or with others in comfortable, cozy seating areas.
