According to internal Chase information, there will be a round of changes to welcome offers across various Chase cards on March 19. If a card’s offer is going down, remember to apply before the deadline.
- The headline item is the CSP: the welcome offer will increase to 90,000 points, with 80,000 points after spending $4,000 in three months, plus another 10,000 points after spending $6,000 in six months. However, this offer is available in branch only; the online offer remains 60,000.
- Chase Freedom Unlimited: the extra 5% back at grocery stores will be removed. Some users will receive a targeted $300 welcome offer.
- Chase Freedom Flex: the extra 5% back at grocery stores will be removed.
- Slate: the APR offer is getting worse.
- UA: the welcome offer is dropping by 5,000, but the spending requirement is also being reduced quite a bit.
- INK cards: previously 90,000, now dropping to 75,000.
