IHG Hotels & Resorts runs promotions every quarter, usually under the name Accelerate. However, 2020 has been a bit different.

[10/1/2020-12/15/2020] - Unlimited Double Points

  • Stay between 10/1/2020 and 12/15/2020
  • Requires a paid stay of more than US $30; award stays do not qualify
  • 2X applies to Base Points only; Elite Points do not count
  • There is no cap on the 2X points
  • Chase IHG credit card holders can earn an extra 10,000 points after their first stay (data points show both the old and new versions of the card work)

  • Stay 3 Nights & Earn 10,000 Bonus Points or Stay 2 Nights & Earn 5,000 Bonus Points
