Fuel Rewards Network is a fuel discount program led by Shell. If you get a free Fuel Rewards Network membership card and use it when filling up at Shell gas stations, you can receive at least 3 cents off per gallon. Now, IHG Rewards Club has partnered with Fuel Rewards Network. By linking your IHG Rewards Club account online to your Fuel Rewards Club account, you can increase your discount to 5–7 cents per gallon, depending on your IHG Rewards Club elite status. If you do not have a Fuel Rewards Club account, you can also sign up for free, and an FRN card will be mailed to you.

Offer Details

If you are:

  • an IHG Rewards Club base member or Gold member, you can receive 5 cents off per gallon;
  • an IHG Rewards Club Platinum member (automatically included for Chase IHG credit card holders), you can receive 6 cents off per gallon;
  • an IHG Rewards Club Spire member, you can receive 7 cents off per gallon.

This promotion runs from March 3, 2017 through March 2, 2018. That gives you a full year to enjoy this discount.

How to Register?

If you do not have a Fuel Rewards account, you can fill out the form on that page and wait for FRN to mail you a membership card, which you can use at Shell gas pumps. If you already have an account, just click "Already a member? Log in" above, sign in, and add your IHG Rewards Club account. For anyone who already has a Fuel Rewards Network card, joining this promotion is a no-brainer. No matter your IHG status, there is no downside to signing up. We highly recommend it.
