Get a 25% Bonus When Converting IHG or Hyatt Points to AA Miles (Not Worth It, Don’t Transfer)

AA has launched a new promotion: you can now get a 25% bonus when converting Hyatt or IHG points into AA miles. Even with the 25% bonus, the transfer ratio is still quite poor, so we do not recommend transferring.

• 5,000 Hyatt points = 2,500 AA miles (2:1)
• 10,000 IHG points = 2,500 AA miles (4:1)

If Marriott points were included in this promotion, then it might be worth considering.
