Iberia Plus is Iberia’s frequent flyer program. It works very similarly to British Airways Avios in that awards are distance-based, but there is one important difference: for round-trip itineraries or connecting flights, Iberia calculates the miles required based on the total distance flown, while BA prices each segment separately. Iberia’s currency is also Avios, and you can transfer points from Chase UR and AMEX MR. If you are planning a trip to Europe, this is a very good deal. You can book business class to Europe for just 17,000.
