Previously, the annual Free Night awarded by the Hilton Aspire card, as well as Free Nights earned from co-branded cards, could not be viewed in your online Hilton account. You had to call in to confirm how many you had and when they expired, which was very inconvenient. Now they finally show up in your Hilton online account!

You can see each certificate’s expiration date and last four digits. As you can see, I haven’t used my Free Night certificates for three straight years, and Hilton extended all three FN certificates due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, you still need to call 1-800-446-6677 to make a booking. Hopefully Hilton will allow online booking in the future and reduce the workload for customer service a bit as well.
