AMEX recently sent Hilton Aspire credit cardholders a small targeted deal. Even if you don’t have an immediate need, it never hurts to enroll. Link below:

You can check whether your Aspire credit card was targeted. My impression is that this seems to be pushed only after you’ve held the card for a year. Mine showed up in a banner:

This promotion is similar to the Marriott spend $25, get $25 back offer that AMEX previously pushed to Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant cardholders who had held the card for a year. I believe these small offers are AMEX’s newly introduced “retention” offers. Hopefully the value gets a bit better, but overall this is a positive development.
