Godiva was sued over the origin of its chocolate, though the company did not admit wrongdoing. The two sides ultimately reached a settlement. People who purchased Godiva products between January 31, 2015 and October 26, 2021 can submit a claim form to receive up to $25 per person in compensation. If you do not have proof of purchase, you may still receive $15 in compensation. The claim must be submitted by February 23, 2022.
