[2019.12] According to Doc, Emirates, one of the major Middle Eastern airlines, was planning to launch a US co-branded card the following year, though no other details had been disclosed at the time. Currently, the main foreign airlines with co-branded credit cards issued in the US include:

  • British Airways and its two sister airlines (Chase)
  • Air France/KLM (BofA)
  • Korean Air (US Bank)
  • Avianca (Banco Popular)
  • Cathay Pacific (Synchrony)

According to Doc’s later update, Barclays would be the issuer.
