Another deal is gone. What perks are even left now?
I checked my email today and found a message from eBay. I opened it and it was bad news.
The eBay Bucks program will end on 4/1/2021.
Right now, Bucks earns 1% back, settles quarterly, and is capped at $500 per quarter. The rewards are issued to your eBay account in the first few days of the following quarter, and can be used to buy anything on eBay.
Four or five years ago, Bucks offered 2% back. Then over the past few years, there were often targeted 10% and 8% promotions, and you would usually see them at least once each quarter. By last year, though, the more common targeted offer was only 5%.
