Starting May 14, Citi’s ThankYou card lineup, including Prestige, Premier, Rewards+, and ThankYou Preferred, will switch to a new card design. The updated look appears cleaner and more modern. Existing cardholders will automatically receive the new design when their current card expires. If you want the new card design sooner, you can contact Citi and request a replacement card. In most cases, your card number should stay the same, though the CVV will change.
