Citi has filed another new trademark called Citi Strata Select, and it looks like it will probably be a no-annual-fee card. It’s still unclear whether this will be an entirely new card or a product conversion from an existing one. Based on the usual timeline, though, it will probably launch by the end of the year or sometime in 2025.
There are also rumors that Citi could refresh the Citi Rewards+ and rename it Strata Select. Personally, I think that’s unlikely. My guess is that Citi will launch something more like the old no-annual-fee ThankYou Preferred card.
