The devaluation of Chase transfers to Hyatt is about to take effect. Through September 30, CSP and Ink Business Preferred can still transfer UR to World of Hyatt at a 1:1 ratio. Starting October 1, the ratio will drop to 4:3, meaning 100,000 UR will only convert to 75,000 Hyatt points. This change only affects CSP and Ink Preferred. CSR, as well as the personal and business versions of Sapphire Reserve, will still keep 1:1 transfers to Hyatt. If you were already planning to book Hyatt soon and only have CSP / Ink Preferred, remember to transfer the points you need by September 30. If you do not have a specific use in mind, it is still not recommended to move all your UR over at once just to preserve the 1:1 ratio.
