Readers found an application link for the Chase UA card with an 80,000 + 5,000 offer. The highest public offer right now is 65,000. Links like this are usually targeted offers, but people who apply through them can still receive the bonus normally. So far, there have not been cases of shutdowns caused by using this kind of link, so feel free to use it at your own discretion.
Based on previous experience with Ink and CSP unofficial links, this 85,000 offer may become public before long. If you are not in a hurry, it may be better to wait for a standard public link.
