You need to register for this promotion first, and you must register by April 30. Then, within 60 days after registration, use QuickPay to send three transfers of at least $20 each. You can send money to another Chase QuickPay account, or to a Zelle-compatible account at another bank. The easiest way is to send three transfers to your own Zelle account at another bank, so you can complete the requirement entirely by yourself. Since the bonus amount is small, the author does not expect Chase to issue a tax form, so you should probably be fine.
