If you have a Chase Freedom, Chase Freedom Unlimited, Chase Marriott Rewards, or Chase Ritz-Carlton credit card, and a phone that supports Android Pay or Apple Pay, you may be eligible. Note that on Android phones, only the original manufacturer’s system supports Android Pay; modified third-party systems or rooted phones cannot use it.

Android Pay: Chase Freedom and Chase Freedom Unlimited
If you have Android Pay, you can add your Chase Freedom or Freedom Unlimited card to your Android Pay wallet to take advantage of this offer. It appears that not everyone received this offer directly, but it should be public since the promo page is accessible. By June 15, use your Freedom card with Android Pay five times at grocery stores to earn a $15 reward. The reward will be posted to your card as a statement credit within 8 weeks. Each card can only be used once. Note that only the first 24,000 people to complete the offer will receive the $15 reward. If you finish after that, there will be no reward.
Apple Pay: Chase Ritz-Carlton Credit Card

This offer has Android Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay versions.
