The card will offer a $150 sign-up bonus, 5% cash back at certain Simon merchants, and 3% cash back at other merchants. Simon Mall does sell Visa gift cards, and customer service there is very friendly, so they are generally easy to purchase. If you regularly buy Visa gift cards, it may be worth waiting for real-world DP on this card first. If it works well, it could be a very strong opportunity.
