Capital One recently sent some users a survey asking for their views on card benefits and points earning. See the screenshot below for details. Based on the survey, the card appears to have a $295 annual fee and seems positioned to compete with the AMEX Gold. Its earning categories also focus on dining and groceries, and it would apparently come with a travel credit and a dining credit, so the competition looks very direct.
For those of us who play the credit card game, this is good news after all: one more card means one more option. If Capital One launches this card, would you apply for it?
