Bilt Rewards has officially announced the details for the 2026-02-01 Rental Day event. This lineup is packed, with not only a chance to win the annual free-rent grand prize but also major Accor hotel point-transfer rewards, exclusive fitness sessions, dining and comedy experiences, and double-point deals.

"Free Rent" Game Show (Hosted by MrBeast)

  • Grand prize: 1st place can win up to $30,000 in rent for the full year.
  • Other prizes: 2nd–51st place can win up to $2,500 in one month of free rent; lower placements can receive 1,000 or 100 Bilt points.
  • How to play: Starting at noon (ET) on Jan 27, submit your answer guesses through the Bilt App. Results are announced at 4:00 p.m. on Feb 1.

Accor Hotel transfer bonus up to 125%

  • Event date: February 1, 2026 only.
  • Base ratio: 3 Bilt points:2 Accor points.

Tier bonus:

  • Blue: +25% (overall ratio 6:5)
  • Silver: +50% (overall ratio 1:1)
  • Gold: +75% (overall ratio 6:7)
  • Platinum: +100% (overall ratio 3:4)

Special tier upgrade: Members can pay $75 in Bilt Cash to buy a one-tier temporary upgrade and earn a higher transfer bonus (for example, upgrading from Silver to Gold). Platinum members can get the full 125% reward after paying.

Double Points Day

  • Date: February 1.

1. Fitness class experiences

  • Partners: SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp.
  • Booking opens: Jan 28 at 12:00 p.m. (ET). Platinum/Gold members can enter at 11:50 a.m.
  • Availability: SoulCycle (875 spots across 54 locations); Barry's (520 spots, 10 per location).
  • Extra drawing: Members who take a SoulCycle class are automatically entered into the monthly free-rent (up to $2,500) giveaway. Separate email entry is also available.

2. Comedy and dining experiences

  • Booking opens: same as above at 12:00 p.m. on Jan 28 (ET), with higher-tier members getting in 10 minutes early.
  • Comedy: Available in 13 cities at 18 venues. Options include regular club experiences ($30-$40) and premium custom experiences ($75).
  • Dining: The biggest ever rollout, with 42 restaurants in 8 cities offering private tasting menus or Omakase. Tickets range from $35-$60 and can include beverage add-ons.
  • Note: New York and Nashville have special launch activities. All experience purchases are non-refundable.

3. Beast Games snack pack

  • Redeem the limited-quantity MrBeast co-branded themed snack box for $19 or 1,500 points.
