May’s Bilt Rent Day promotion offers a 100% bonus when redeeming points toward rent. Normally, 10,000 points can be redeemed for $55 in rent, but now that becomes $110, which is worth considering since the redemption value reaches 1.1 c/p.
That said, if you’ve followed some of the previous promotions, there have been offers of up to a 100% bonus on airline mileage transfers, effectively a 1:2 transfer ratio. Those redemptions can offer even better value, reaching 2 c/p+. So there’s no need to rush—you can also wait for one of those stronger promotions.
