Best Buy is currently offering 20% off iTunes gift cards, limited to the $100 denomination. If you have BB rewards or a coupon, those can be stacked as well.

$100 physical gift card (limit 2 per account)
$100 digital gift card (limit 1 per account)

For example, when I bought the digital gift card, I happened to have a $5 coupon in my account and used it together with this deal. If you can’t use the iTunes gift card yourself, you could consider reselling it, since demand is still pretty good. Buying at 20% off and reselling can be profitable. Reselling gift cards obtained through improper channels (such as the black market) is illegal; see here and here. During Black Friday, there will be many more gift card deals and shopping deals.
