According to ANA’s official website, starting April 1, 2023, ANA reduced the fuel surcharges and insurance fees on award tickets for flights operated by ANA itself. The fuel surcharge was cut by about 40%, and the insurance fee was lowered from $5 to $4. If you booked earlier, it may be worth checking whether canceling and rebooking would save you some money.
