Some cardholders have already received the letter. The new card will keep the existing 3x on Amtrak purchases and 2x on travel. In addition, dining, transit, and rideshare will be added at 2x.
The BofA Amtrak co-branded card had already stopped accepting applications. Now FNBO’s official website has listed this Amtrak card and its FAQ, so it looks like FNBO will become the issuer. On October 23, 2022, existing Amtrak cards will therefore be converted to this card.
