The bonus varies depending on which partner program you transfer your AMEX points to.

Summary
I generally would not recommend transferring points speculatively if you do not already have a plan for how to use the miles or points. That said, it is relatively uncommon for AMEX to roll out this many transfer bonuses at once, so it may be worth considering if you have an immediate need. Some of the airline transfer options can offer very good value. However, I would still not recommend transferring to hotel programs.
