AMEX | Referral Bonuses Increased Again on Some Credit Cards

AMEX previously increased a round of referral bonuses: AMEX Gold went up to 15,000/20,000 per referral, and AMEX Green went up to 10,000 per referral.

Recently, another round of referral bonus increases appeared. The bonus earned by the referrer seems to have gone up on some cards; one of my Hilton Surpass cards is actually offering a higher referral bonus than Hilton Aspire.

• Hilton Surpass is showing the following: 20,000 HH points per referral

• The pandemic-enhanced Hilton Aspire is showing the following: 15,000 HH points per referral

Of course, not many people would use a Hilton co-branded card to make referrals anyway; AMEX Gold at 20,000 per referral is much more attractive.
