Enter your AMEX card number and other information here, then click “Verify eligibility.” After successful verification, you will see the second page:
If you already have a ShopRunner account, but are not currently a member or your membership has expired, you can sign in below to upgrade your existing account. If you do not have a ShopRunner account yet, enter your personal information on this page and ShopRunner will automatically create a new account for you. Free Returns
[Thanks to reader Qi for contributing this.] ShopRunner also offers free returns. Of course, this only applies to items purchased using the ShopRunner service. The process is as follows:
- Sign in to your ShopRunner account and find all the items you purchased using this service under your order history
- Select an order, then start the return
- Select the reason for the return
- Then you can generate a label. Just print it out and attach it to the box. Drop it off at UPS and wait for the return to be processed
- The most convenient part of doing a return through ShopRunner is that the label is generated automatically, which makes the process especially easy.
