AMEX Business Platinum Adds a New Benefit: ZO Membership + Up to $500 in Annual Reimbursements!

AMEX Business Platinum just added a new benefit! Starting October 22, 2026, U.S. Business Platinum and Corporate Platinum Card Members can get a complimentary ZO by Tishman Speyer membership, with access to its urban lounges (Clubhouse) and coworking spaces (Studio). They can also receive up to $500 in reimbursements per calendar year, with no change to the annual fee.

ZO is a workplace and lifestyle services brand owned by Tishman Speyer, a major U.S. real estate company. It currently has more than 20 participating locations across six cities: New York, Boston, Washington, DC, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Think of it as an urban version of an airport lounge, suited to remote work, business trips, or simply finding a place to relax for a while. Here are the details:

• ZO Clubhouse: Unlimited complimentary visits, plus 4 complimentary guest day passes each week.
• ZO Studio: 4 complimentary day passes per month for use at participating coworking spaces.
• $500 annual reimbursement: Available per calendar year for eligible ZO / Studio event venue bookings and Dining Club membership purchases.
• No separate enrollment with AMEX is required, but you must activate your membership in advance through the ZO website or app. Studio visits also require advance reservations.

I think this is a pretty interesting benefit, especially the unlimited Clubhouse access. If you live in one of these six cities and often work remotely or need a place for an impromptu meeting, it could be more useful than some airport lounges. However, the $500 reimbursement is limited in how it can be used. If you don’t need event venues or a Dining Club membership, it may be of no use to you.
