[Update] AMEX emailed cardholders that the Biz Gold 75,000 welcome bonus and the 25,000 referral bonus will end on 2020.2.5. It was previously scheduled to end on 2.7, so the deadline was moved up by two days. If you have an immediate need for this offer, keep an eye on it. Also, recently it has been fairly easy to pull up the AMEX Platinum 75,000 welcome bonus.

[2019.11] Last time Biz Gold increased its welcome bonus to 75,000, it also raised the referral bonus to 25,000 (normally 20,000). If you have this card, now is a good time to refer your friends. You can use the “mixed referral” method to refer other AMEX credit cards, such as the year-end AMEX Platinum. For each referral, you can earn 25,000 MR, which is a great deal. For example, if you refer your LD and they get a 75,000 Platinum (it is relatively hard to pull up now), your combined rewards would be 100,000 in total! Unfortunately, the total cap per card is still 55,000, so you can only refer up to three times.
