Amazon has quietly launched a rental car booking feature in partnership with Avis. If you book a rental car through Amazon’s page, you can get up to 30% off plus 10% back in Amazon gift cards. Note that this 10% is calculated based on the base car price only and does not include taxes and fees. I tried it out, and after factoring in that 10% back, the price seems to be about the same as the regular price on the official website. If you’re interested, it may be worth checking—there could be some good deals at the beginning.
I checked the official website, and the price for the same car on the same day was $60. However, if you have a discount code, it could be even cheaper.
