Major airline shopping portals are now running bonus miles promotions for spending. If you already have shopping to do, you can try to consolidate your purchases and maximize the bonus at each portal. Your base miles plus the extra bonus miles make these offers a bit more competitive than standard cash-back portals. Also, the miles you earn can extend the expiration date of your overall mileage balance, which is nice.
