AMEX has announced that 2023 Membership Week will run from October 9 to October 13. The full list of offers is finally out, and the details are below.
Personal Card Offers
The Membership Week page lists these offers. Among them, the Dell offer looks the most useful: spend $100, get $50 back, which is great for picking up peripherals priced around $100.
You can also see the Membership Week promotion in the AMEX Offers section of your AMEX account. However, I suspect that after adding it, offers on other cards may disappear. I strongly recommend using our extension, which lets you add an offer to every card with one click.

Business Card Offers
For business cards, this Lowe's offer looks pretty good. The store carries a large selection of third-party gift cards, and the Dell offer with $200 spend is also quite strong. Again, I recommend using our extension to add these to multiple cards. You can potentially do very well with this Lowe's offer.

In addition to the offers above, AMEX appears to have some other promotions as well.
It also mentions special discounts in AMEX Travel, so check to see whether any of them fit your plans.
There are also promotions for Delta cards: book eligible flights and get a $100 eGC, get $80 back on $200 with Hilton, and spend $75 at Resy restaurants to get $25 back.
