Capital One Venture X 的 Priority Pass 削弱，取消休息室之外福利

从 2023 年 1 月 1 日开始，Capital One Venture X 赠送的 Priority Pass 将被削弱，取消休息室外福利，比如机场餐馆的吃饭 Credit，购物、spa 折扣等等。对休息室本身的福利没有影响。这跟之前 AMEX 的 PPS 取消这个福利一样，估计是 PPS 要把这种额外福利给付费的会员。

这个福利就是登陆账户，根据机场和商户生成一个 coupon，然后就能使用了。
